Dispatching

We normally use trucks to transport our goods to the nearest port, which is located in Shenzhen, China. We dispatch daily in our normal operation, usually we can send out goods from Monday to Saturday (we can do Sunday as well under extraordinary business situation) and we can assure that the whole dispatching process is smooth. 

Delivery Time

Our method of international transportation is usually sea freight. The timeliness of sea freight varies a lot due to the global supply chain disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Before the pandemic, our shipment timeliness to North America, including West Coast U.S.A could be between 18 days to 25 days. However, the pandemic has caused a delay in customs clearance and lengthened the timeliness, so that the arrival of goods can be 30 - 45 days or even 60 days in some cases.

We accept many payment methods, including TT - the most popular one for international trades, as well as L/C.
